First, you reach out with your ideas. I'll send you a form to fill out with information about how you cook, what you're looking for, any specific requests. From there, we schedule a consultation (by phone or video) to talk through your vision in detail. Once we've aligned on the design, I begin fabrication. You'll receive updates on progress, and you'll have the opportunity to approve the final product before it ships.

Commissions for the Artisan Collection typically take 4–12 months from order to delivery. This timeline reflects the reality of handmade work. I forge every blade individually, and I don't rush.

Timeline for manufactured knives from the Core Collection is 4–6 weeks from final sign-off on design.

Shorter timelines may be possible depending on my current queue, so feel free to inquire.

During the consultation, I'll provide a clear quote before any work begins. Pricing varies based on the collection, size, materials, and complexity of the design.
