Shipping policy

All Chelsea Miller Knives are shipped from Brooklyn, NY via insured carriers.

Artisan Collection: These knives are handmade to order. Production typically takes 4 to 12 months depending on workload. You will be notified by email when your knife is complete and ready to ship.

 Core Collection: Made-to-order items typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks.

Shipping Methods: Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with signature confirmation and insurance. International shipping is available and rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Damage: All orders are insured. If your knife arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@chelseamillerknives.com with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

Order Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
