All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our knives, we do not offer returns or refunds. If there is a concern with your blade, please contact us at info@chelseamillerknives.com and we will work with you on adjustments or exchanges.

Each knife is crafted individually and may have slight variations in finish, texture, and handle grain. These are characteristics of handmade work, not defects.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
