By placing an order with Chelsea Miller Knives, you agree to these terms.

Products: All knives are handmade or small-batch manufactured. Colors, textures, and grain patterns vary naturally between pieces. Product photos are representative but your knife will be unique.

Pricing and Payment: All prices are listed i n USD. Payment is collected at the time of order. For custom commissions, a deposit may be required with the balance due before shipping.

Order Processing: Artisan Collection knives are made to order with a typical lead time of 4 to 12 months. Core Collection items ship within 4 to 6 weeks. We will notify you when your order is ready to ship.

Returns: All sales are final. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details.
